- help you analyze what type of leadership is best aligned with your group’s purpose
- help leaders learn better discernment for finding good roles for your members
Shared and cooperative leadership has pitfalls as well as joys that are different from leadership in more traditional settings. Good leadership can make or break a cooperative endeavour. We’ve seen (and made) a lot of the mistakes and can help you on your way to team-building, better buy-in for your decisions, and inspired implementation. We can work with an existing organization to iron out rough spots, provide perspective for leaders to help them stay engaged, and offer trainings and facilitated conversations for a whole group to help you approach leadership in a more empowering way for everyone. We will also act as mentors for individuals struggling with their own leadership, whether they have a current group or not.
